1. Overview
BillDesk is sold as a digital, one-time lifetime license. Because we offer a generous 7-day full free trial that lets you test every feature before purchasing, all sales are final once the license key is delivered.
We strongly encourage you to use the free trial to confirm BillDesk works on your system and meets your needs before buying a license.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.
2. No refunds policy
Because every user has the opportunity to fully evaluate BillDesk during the 7-day free trial period — with no credit card required to download — we do not offer refunds for purchased license keys.
This includes, but is not limited to, change-of-mind purchases, failure to use the software, or dissatisfaction with features that were available during the trial.
3. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We will provide delivery evidence (license issuance, activation logs where applicable, and correspondence) to payment partners when disputes arise. Chargeback decisions are made by your card issuer and may apply fees to merchants regardless of our stated refund policy.
4. Cancellations
Because BillDesk is a digital product delivered immediately, there is no subscription to cancel. If you have not yet completed checkout, simply close the payment page — no charge will be made.
